High-quality materials and timeless, elegant design create an exclusive atmosphere throughout the apartments. The 2-room apartments come with premium kitchens equipped with Siemens appliances and can be purchased fully furnished upon request. Technical Details:
Hot water and heating are provided by a central heating system. Cooling is supplied via fan coil units installed in the suspended ceiling, which can be controlled by a room thermostat. These fan coil units are supplied with chilled air from a central cooling system. Each apartment is billed separately for actual consumption.
